Ingredients
Base Layer
1/2 cup of butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup nuts(optional)
Cream Cheese Layer
8 oz cream cheese
4 Tbsp Butter
1/2 cup of sugar
2 eggs
2 Tsp flour
1 tsp vanilla
Bake 350 for 30 minutes. Frost when cooled.
Frosting: (watch video)
1 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of butter
1/4 cup of milk
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions
Combine Base Layer in a bowl and spread into the bottom of a jelly roll pan.
In a Mixer, beat cream chees and butter , add sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla until there are no lumps.
Pour over the brownie layer and marble with a knife.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes, cool completely.
To make frosting: Boil frosting ingredients for one minute whisking the entire time. Add chocolate chips immediately Wisk until there are no lumps. Pour over brownies and quickly spread with a butter knife. It sets up in about 30 seconds so you don’t have time to dwaddle.
