Easy Bacon Wrapped Pork Chops

Normally outside of holidays, I focus my “daily eating” on high protein, low carb meals. This is one of the easiest ways to prepare moist pork chops. The key is to use peppered bacon, thick cut if you can find it.

Ingredients

Center Cut Pork Chops Thick Cut Peppered Bacon Lemon Pepper Seasoning

Instructions

Sprinkle the pork chops on both sides with lemon pepper, then wrap two pieces of thick cut pepper bacon around the pork chops. Bake at 400 degrees for 23-28 minutes, check for doneness. Then change the oven to low broil and watch closely, broil until the bacon is crispy.
