Name: Cream Cheese Sausage Balls
Ingredients: 1 brick of cream cheese at room temp.; 1 lb of hot sausage (I used Jimmy Dean); 2 cups of red lobster cheddar biscuit mix (or bisquick if you don’t have this); 1 1/2 cup of cheese ( I used cheddar, but pepperjack would be good too)

2 cups of red lobster cheddar biscuit mix (or bisquick if you don’t have this)

1 1/2 cup of cheese ( I used cheddar, but pepperjack would be good too)

Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

Roll or scoop cookies onto a baking sheet. Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, then bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, keep warm for serving in a small crockpot on low or warm.
