These cream cheese sausage balls are my families favorite appetizer for the super bowl! Heck, these are so easy you can make them anytime of the year. I just ate them for lunch! With only 4 ingredients it took me 7 minutes to prep before baking.

Ingredients
1 brick of cream cheese at room temp.

2 cups of red lobster cheddar biscuit mix (or bisquick if you don’t have this)
1 1/2 cup of cheese ( I used cheddar, but pepperjack would be good too)
Instructions
Roll or scoop cookies onto a baking sheet. Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, then bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, keep warm for serving in a small crockpot on low or warm.
